What happens when you give AI a project instead of a question? Adam Smith (SCU ’08), CEO of Bear Valley National Ski Patrol, shares how he collaborates with his personal AI assistant, Kepler, on volunteer leadership, community responsibilities and home projects, including the useful results, wrong turns and decisions that still need a human. After a demonstration, participants will practice the same approach in a hands-on exercise and leave with a framework for deciding what to delegate, what to verify and when to step in.
